Fast drafting: Writing replies to customers/managers using AI—moving from short technical text to a service-oriented and professional email.
Quick Steps: Creating one-click automations (e.g., Forward to another team + Filing + Auto-reply
Time management: Smart meeting scheduling and using Scheduling Poll to find common availability.
